Our webmaster, Bro. Darrell Caswell and Dennis d Cude have built a new website for the Ladies Auxiliary. www.ladiesaux.org
Krissie and Tammy now have the ability to send bulk messages to the ladies.
The FMRC Google calendar is linked to the Ladies Aux website. This will help the Ladies stay aware of events.
All Ladies have been assigned to the State Group in which they reside.

Many Chapters have not submitted a current Chapter Roster this year. This is to be done every six months.
Chapter Dues: An invoice will be sent to each chapter beginning October 1st. Once you receive the invoice, click pay now and enter your payment information. If you are not the one who pays the Chapter Dues, forward it to the person who does.
Brothers, if you change home address, email address or phone number, please notify your Chapter President or Dennis D Cude. The Chapter President will update his roster and forward a copy to me. Otherwise, send the information directly to me. I will update the database.
If you know a member of the club who has not been active in a while, reach out to them. They may not be receiving communications because of a change in email addresses or phone numbers.
Email addresses have been created for all State Captains and the larger Chapters. If you would like an email address created for your chapter, submit a current Chapter Roster to Dennis. He will create the email address for you.
I encourage The State Captains and Chapter Presidents to send out emails, post activities and events in your areas on the club Facebook page and the FMRC Band group page. If you see a Brother Mason who rides, ask if he is aware of the Free Masons Riding Club. Give him a business card or direct him to our website. Wear your vest or a club T-Shirt, to prompt questions about the club. Consider participating in community festivals and set up a tent for your Lodge, then hand out information about the club.
National Director encouraged the members to plan a ride to visit a lodge or lodges, take pictures, stop to get a bite to eat and enjoy the fellowship of Brothers. It is not the sole responsibility of the Chapter President or State Captain to plan rides. It takes the membership participating to have a successful club. We should all be recruiting new members. As we get older, many must stop riding for health issues or age, if we do nothing our chapters will die.
Excitement promotes interest, interest promotes participation, participation promotes activity. Let’s be excited, do not be afraid to take the lead. Being a leader takes initiative, excitement and passion for your cause, in this case the club.
If there is a ride, charity event, fundraiser, degree or Lodge activity in your area, post it on the Club Facebook page. These are good opportunities for chapter rides, fellowship and spreading the word about the FMRC.
