Andrew “Andy” W. Justice, 55, of Baytown, TX, laid down his working tools Tuesday, July 18, 2023, in Houston, TX

Andy was born January 3, 1968 in Bridgeport, to parents: Robert Harvey Justice and Betty Lou Hale, and has resided in Baytown, TX for 30 years. He was a graduate of Bowie High School, attended Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center, and was a Project Quality Inspector for Shell Chemical. Andy was a member of the Sampson Masonic Lodge 231 for 26 years and had recently been installed as the Worshipful Master. In addition, Andy was a member of Baytown Shrine and the Free Masons Riding Club. He joined the Free Masons Riding Club on 10/17/2022. He enjoyed hunting, archery, motorcycles, welding, and travel.
