Brethren,

Brother David “Mo” Phillips has stepped down as State Captain for TN. I would like to Thank him for his service to the FMRC.

Brother Jesse Howell has accepted the position as State Captain for TN.

I would like to congratulate him on his new position.

Brother Lewis Howell has been elected Chapter President of Half Ashlars to replace Bro. Jesse.

I would like to congratulate Bro. Lewis for accepting the role of Chapter President.
