Bro. Larry De Voy was born December 18, 1940. Brother Larry De Voy was a Past Master of South Houston Masonic Lodge #1295 and a member of Garden Oaks Lodge # 1306 in Houston. He joined the FMRC on January 1, 2012. He laid down his working tools on November 6, 2025.
