TN M&G 2024

he Free Masons Riding Club TN M&G is open to all Masons interested in learning more about our club. This is your opportunity to meet Brothers from TN and across the country. If you enjoy fellowship and having fun while riding your motorcycle, plan to attend this event. This event will be held May 24-26, 2024. There are a total of 16 rooms plus an apartment. The rates for the rooms, before discounts and taxes, are: $129 for a basic (100 building) $134 deluxe (200 building) $139 premier (300 and 400) All members of the group will get the return customer room discounts: 10% if paid by credit card and 15% if paid by cash. Bike garage spaces are $5 a night per space.The Apartment has 2 queen beds (in the same room), full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. If Freemasons Riding Club is not entered, he will deny the reservation. Once you make the request, he will reach out to you via a phone call After the phone call, he will send a confirmation via email The block of rooms will be held until 4/30/2024. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please let them know as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee up to one month prior to planned arrival. If you cancel within 30 – 7 days of arrival, you are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
